UNION is an international multifunctional cultural center in Odesa, set in a historic building in the heart of the city. Under one roof it brings together a museum, art galleries, a lecture hall, conference rooms, and an event hall, plus the Italian Garden, a courtyard for open-air concerts and gatherings.

My task was to design the website that carries it online. I built the design on bold contrast: a vivid red against black and white, large uppercase headlines, and red square accents that guide the eye through the page. A strict modular layout gives every part of the center its own space, from exhibitions and events to the Euroatlantic Event Hall and the Italian Garden. Large photography and full-width sections let the art and the architecture speak for themselves, while the confident typography gives the site the character of a contemporary cultural institution that is serious about art but open to everyone.
